• Attending general meetings, writing and distributing minutes to concerned departments. 
• Authorized to deal, Discus and sign contracts with hotels (Four Seasons, Marriott, Sunrise Garden… Etc.) & Travel Agents Abroad.

• Receiving residential reports to follow up accommodation to receive payment.

• Preparing invoices for travel agencies (Russia, Poland, Slovakia, etc.)
